Business Development Executive / Manager3 months ago Be among the first 25 applicantsFunction as the Point of Contact to clients during pre-sales phase. Participate in subcontractor pre-qualification process and respond to RFPs and bid requests. Conduct meetings with clients for scope discussion, queries resolution and sales closing.Study architectural/ MEP drawings to understand the scope of work for BIM and Engineering services.Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.Establish and nurture social media connections with key players and decision makers of existing and prospective business accounts. Market and capture their interest in the services offered by the company.Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.Proposal creation. Review the purchase orders, sales contracts and other agreements from clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions of sale.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.Act as a bridge between the client and internal technical teams.Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements & innovations in the AEC industry.Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.Function as the Point of Contact to clients during pre-sales phase.
