A propos de l'entreprise : GR Intérim et Recrutement, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans le recrutement international, recherche pour son client, un cabinet d'avocats international, un(e) BD Coordinator H / F Anglais Bilingue. Ce cabinet international, situé au coeur du 8ème arrondissement, compte aujourd'hui huit pratiques droit, incluant : arbitrage, droit pénal des affaires, contentieux, corporate, etc. Composé d'une soixantaine de personnes, ce cabinet compte près de 20 associés. Pour accompagner leur développement à Paris et à Bruxelles, le cabinet recherche un(e) BD Coordinator basé au sein du bureau parisien. Ce poste est un CDI à pourvoir immédiatement. A propos du poste : DÉFINITION DES TACHES Dans un service BD en plein essor, vos principales missions seront les suivantes : Créer et mettre à jour les supports marketing, notamment les fiches d'information, les brochures, les présentations PowerPoint. Participer à compléter les propositions et les soumissions. Aider à la préparation des présentations et des appels d'offres. Participer à l'organisation d'évènements clients. Identifier les conférences pertinentes et fournir un soutien en matière de développement commercial. Assurer le suivi des activités liées au développement commercial et tenir à jour les reporting groupe. Profil recherché : COMPÉTENCES REQUISES De formation supérieure en Bachelor avec une spécialité en Marketing, vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée sur un poste similaire, acquise en cabinet d'avocats. Vous possédez de réelles qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles. Vous avez un niveau d'anglais bilingue minimum car vous l'utiliserez au quotidien sur votre poste. Vous disposez de compétences approfondies en Microsoft Office, y compris PowerPoint, Word et Excel, et maîtrisez les bases de données de gestion des contacts et des expériences. PROFIL RECHERCHE Personnalité proactive, organisée et dynamique, qui aime travailler en environnement exigent. Capacité à communiquer avec diplomatie, et confidentialité. Souci du détail. Sens du service, orienté satisfaction client. AVANTAGES & REMENURATION La rémunération proposée est de 45-65KEUR selon le profil et expérience.
