Job DescriptionWe are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Topside Project Engineer (M/F) for a 6‑month contract based in Ile‑de‑France, France.ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with HSE and quality standards, promoting safety and ethical practices.Coordinate technical and operational activities of closed flare retrofit projects across all phases (engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation).Interface with multiple internal teams and contractors to ensure integration of technical solutions.Support the Package Leader in project planning, execution, and reporting.Monitor project risks, budgets, and contractual aspects, and propose mitigation actions.Supervise contractors and ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders.Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering.Experience: 6–10 years in project engineering, project management, or brownfield projects.Strong project coordination and planning skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to manage contractors and coordinate with multiple teams.Proactive, organized, and results‑oriented.Fluent in English.Partner with usEP2C Energy is committed to diversity and inclusion.
