We are looking for a District Manager (Mid Market) In a nutshell: We’re looking to expand ADP’s client base in France and we need your help to do it. In sales, we’re all about growing the French business and we know the future of ADP depends on hiring people who can make a difference here. Mid Market District Manager The sales responsibility of this role is for ADP’s Payroll and HR solutions. The role embraces new sales to new customers with an employee size of 300 and 1000 employees. Sales cycles are of a 3–5 month period and customer negotiation is likely to be with up to 3/4 people, depending on the organisation and structure of the prospect. Key Duties / Tasks Create own business plan within the overall framework. Identify prospects and define a contact programme within set parameters. Arrange prospect appointments and undertake visits. Identify and, where possible, influence prospect needs. Work with pre‑sales when necessary to develop solutions to fit prospect needs. Present responses to meet prospect needs with existing product‑service solutions. Maintain the selected ADP database management tool and adhere to the current defined sales processes. Education and Experience Minimum two years sales experience. A preferred degree level qualification or equivalent. New business mindset. A great attitude with a willingness to learn.
