In this role, you work directly with the Executive Director to drive cross‑company initiatives, support executive decision‑making, and accelerate digital product innovation and AI‑driven opportunities. You translate strategy into execution—fast, visibly, and with real ownership. Why This Role? You partner one‑to‑one with the Executive Director and shape priorities across multiple SaaS businesses. You lead high‑impact, cross‑functional projects in digital products and AI transformation. You establish portfolio‑level PMO routines (KPIs, cadences, reporting) that raise execution quality. You gain executive exposure and a steep learning curve in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Your Responsibilities Strategic support: Act as the Executive Director’s right hand; manage, prioritise, and follow through on portfolio initiatives. Project management: Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects—especially digital product launches/enhancements and AI‑driven initiatives. PMO activities: Establish and maintain portfolio project tracking, KPIs, cadences, and reporting structures. Innovation & AI transformation: Drive or support AI adoption, process automation, and digital transformation across the portfolio. Analysis & research: Conduct market research, product benchmarking, and AI trend analysis to inform executive decisions. Stakeholder management: Coordinate leadership teams across portfolio companies; ensure timely communication and alignment. Executive communication: Draft presentations, board materials, and concise executive updates. Your Profile 3–5 years’ experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or project management—ideally in SaaS, digital products, or technology. Solid exposure to digital product environments (product development, go‑to‑market, customer success, or lifecycle management). Demonstrated interest in or practical experience with AI transformation (e.g., features, automation, analytics, strategy). Proven track record managing multiple cross‑functional projects to time and quality. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; you structure complex topics clearly. Excellent written and verbal communication with executive‑level presence. High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets, and PM tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
