The team, organised around 4 divisions (Treasury & Cash Management, Payments Processing, Payments Risk & Payments Strategy), supports employees and customers in their payments and cash management activities.ResponsibilitiesOperate the daily processing of payments operations (incoming bank transfers, checks remittance, SDD, returned outgoing transfers, etc) by recognizing and registering the operations on the Lemonway’s payment accounts.Ensure the daily reconciliation of cards transactions and other digital payment methods (iDeal, Sofort, MBWAY, MULTIBANCO, etc), identify discrepancies and/or solve reconciliation incidents.Process to all operations in compliance with internal rules.Support any customer inquiries related to payments processing and payments methodsContribute to continuous improvement of processes and support the product team by providing product update requests and by monitoring the impact of new features.Prepare monthly KPIs and carry out analyses on demand.Enhancements and automation of existing processes and proceduresAssist with Audits, both internal and externalBuild and foster relationships with Customers services, Finance, Product, Financial securities, and TechJob requirementsABOUT YOUDesired skillsYou have knowledge about payment methods and ideally are comfortable with the card industryYou are rigorous, attentive to details and have excellent analytical skills,You have an investigative mind, and are curious,You are fluent in French and in English,You have good communication skills and pay attention to Clients’ satisfactionExperienceYou have a Master 2 in Finance, Accounting or Economics.You have a first experience, 1 to 2 years in Cash management, in the Payments Industry, in a Bank or in a PSP.You have an appetite for payment ecosystem and willing to work in a dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
