The Role We are looking for a skilled Account Partner to drive sales and customer success for Veeva LIMS to emerging and established biotechnology companies. This high‑impact opportunity requires experience selling QC‑focused technology and an entrepreneurial mindset to bring a new application to market within an established industry leader. Proactivity, strategic thinking, adaptability, and effective teamwork are critical, and a collaborative, growth‑mindset work style is essential. What You'll Do Be a foundational member of the Veeva LIMS sales organization and help establish the product as the go-to LIMS solution for biotechs Achieve team quarterly and annual sales goals Understand and execute the sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate Understand Veeva LIMS and work with internal colleagues to build a sales strategy Act with urgency, integrity, and a relentless focus on customer success Requirements 3+ years of experience selling LIMS across biopharma sponsors Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas Entrepreneurial instincts and ability to connect strategy to operations Demonstrated success in a consultative sales role to C‑Level executives Ability to articulate business cases and value propositions to C‑Level executives Creative mindset to make things happen Team‑first mentality Nice to Have Fluency in any other European languages, especially French and German Perks & Benefits Annual allocations for charitable contributions Fitness reimbursement Work anywhere Veeva's headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
