Overview Kraken is the platform for energy management, delivering AI-driven capabilities across billing, CIS, meter data management, CRM, and communications to support customers and utilities in the energy transition. The Client Delivery Lead has direct responsibility for managing a tech domain (billing, finance, communications, etc.) for client projects, either migrating onto the Kraken platform or managing long-term technology requirements. This role works in partnership with Kraken’s technology and operational teams and the client to deliver results. Responsibilities Manage the relationship with client counterparts (often product owners and business owners). Be the first point of contact for tech development and the escalation and resolution point with customers for specific domain/product issues. Maintain knowledge of how Kraken works and how we deliver the Kraken Platform. Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities internally. Summarising and articulating client needs, considerations, and timelines to enable ongoing development of the Kraken platform. Support the engineering team to deliver product features. Challenge the client to think differently about tech development, with a focus on continuous iteration and deployment. Qualifications In this position you will be laser focused on satisfying our customer’s needs with strong problem-solving skills and a positive solutions-oriented mindset. Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience. Agile delivery experience. Experience of product management and customer journeys. Solid understanding of technology and associated trends. Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills. Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking. Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients. Patience and initiative; our clients are undergoing transformations that take time and require understanding. Time management and a get-stuff-done attitude. Consulting experience is a plus. Fluent English + French or Flemish. Previous experience in the electricity/utilities market in France is required. Additional notes We are a hands-on, European-based role; projects could be run from any country, and travel is expected.
