Our client, a leading Multinational Company in the Retail & Wholesale Industry, is currently looking for a : Talent Acquisition Manager The resource will lead recruitment for both retail and head office populations, managing a team of 3. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, optimizing processes, managing KPIs and fostering strong cooperation with HR and business stakeholders. Areas of responsibilities : Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for store network and Headquarters ensuring the needs of both are met Manage personally both direct and indirect recruitment strategies Source, manage and monitor external providers (headhunting firms, employee referral programs, ATS, multi-posting platforms, etc.) Ensure the team’s KPIs are met (recruitment volume, average time-to-hire, recruitment in hard-to-fill areas, quality of hires) Drive strategic initiatives to attract and retain specialized staff Manage team performance and TA budget Provide regular reporting to management and operational teams Collaborate with HRBP, Employer Branding, and EMEA Talent Acquisition teams Requirements : Experience in retail or high-volume recruitment, ideally in talent-scarce markets At least 4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition Leadership experience with small teams Knowledge of ATS platforms (DGR, SuccessFactors) Strong interpersonal, influencing, and analytical skills French and English fluent Results-oriented, agile, and collaborative mindset Experience in organizing and monitoring school-related activities such as conferences, forums.
