Head of Sales France (m/f/d) Aufinity Group | bezahl.de Location: Paris, Île-de-France, France Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Executive Job function: Sales and Business Development Responsibility Core Focus: Acquire leading car dealer groups in France; target mid five-figure annual recurring revenues (ARR) with ~3 meetings per week. Develop go-to-market strategy: drive customer acquisition, manage the entire sales process, build a strong partner network. Represent the company at events, build a robust personal network within the car industry. Collaborate closely with OEM & Partnership Team, Marketing, CSM and other internal departments. Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve sales goals and ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Coach and manage a local sales colleague in France. Continuously monitor local market trends and competitors in the French automotive and fintech scene. Provide regular structured reporting to VP Sales Europe on country performance, sales activities, market insights and strategic recommendations. Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship or comparable. 10+ years of sales experience, preferably with digital B2B SaaS or SaaS customer acquisition. Strong network in the automotive industry and ability to negotiate at C-level. Initial management experience is desirable. Fluent in French and English (or German) and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to travel frequently across France and hold a valid driver’s license.
