Job Description You join the Compliance Banking Debt Financing (DCM / Structured Financings / Acquisition Financings) team as a senior compliance officer advisory. This team ensures the compliance coverage of infrastructure and energy financing, real estate and aviation, acquisition financing, debt capital markets and capital structure and rating advisory activities. Responsibilities Analyze and monitor sensitive operations: provide compliance notices and review the legal documentation of operations (NDA, mandates...). In close collaboration with the Global Control Room and the Front Office: ensure completeness and relevance of the recording of transactions in the system for managing conflicts of interest and maintaining an insider / participant list; identify and manage potential or actual situations of transactional conflicts of interest. Contribute to the drafting of opinions for the different committees (investment committees, internal approval committees) and also contribute to the drafting of opinions within the framework of the launch of new products or new activities. Assist and advise the professions on a daily basis in the implementation of regulatory provisions / operating procedures. Develop, facilitate, and participate in compliance training for business collaborators (regulatory training, newcomers, professional card). Participate in the review and drafting of policies, procedures and operating procedures applicable to the concerned professions. Qualifications Higher education with proven experience in compliance officer advisory or legal functions, preferably within a bond debt department or bank financing. Mastery of financial operations, regulation, and the financial and banking environment. Strong relationship and listening skills; capable of discreetly processing sensitive information; rigorous, methodical and adaptable; autonomous and with a strong team spirit.
