Your Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling and outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct data enrichment and lead qualification to improve targeting.
  • Ensure the quality of information in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Help create and develop the BDR business unit (processes, tools, methods).
  • Coordinate operations: identify the target and message in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Track campaign performance by building and improving dashboards with sales ops, using CRM data to refine analysis and strategy.
  • Analyze the conversion funnel and suggest areas for improvement to boost performance.

In some cases, sales representatives may also close deals using various means and tools. A successful campaign may result in appointments or direct sales.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: a first experience in sales as a BDR could be a plus.
  • Languages: native level in Dutch and C1 level in English.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical skills: sales mindset, strong organization, and experience with CRM is highly expected.
  • Interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
  • Collaboration: works smoothly with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Curiosity: eager to learn about the product, market, and customer needs.
  • Analytical thinking: able to understand data and suggest improvements.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset: focused on achieving targets and measuring results.
