This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a hyper-growth environment while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.AccountabilitiesOwn full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Partnerships, and other commercial functions.Act as a strategic talent partner to business leaders, hiring managers, and GTM executives, advising on market trends and hiring strategies.Build and manage robust talent pipelines for immediate needs and long-term GTM scaling.Translate business objectives into effective recruitment plans aligned with growth and revenue goals.Use data and market insights to identify challenges and influence hiring decisions.Facilitate high-quality candidate experiences with a DEI-first approach.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and employer branding initiatives across GTM functions.Requirements6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on GTM roles within high-growth tech or IT companies.Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise tech markets.Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions through data insights.Proven ability to scale a function or business unit as the go-to talent expert.Strong stakeholder management skills—collaborative, consultative, and solutions-oriented.Excellent communication skills to craft compelling narratives and present insights clearly.Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.Passion for building and iterating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth within the organization.Flexible working arrangements.A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.Why Apply Through Jobgether?
