We offer a flexible work environment designed to support work-life balance, caregivers, and parents.About the roleYou’ll join Gatling’s marketing team, a small and multidisciplinary group bringing together Product Marketing, Content, Developer Relations, and Growth Marketing.As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the Developer Relations Manager, Product Marketing Manager, and Content Manager to build and scale Gatling’s distribution and growth engine.Your role is to design and execute account-centric growth strategies, turning signals into meaningful engagement and improving conversion across Gatling’s developer and enterprise funnels. This is a hands-on role with strong ownership, sitting at the intersection of marketing, data, and sales alignment.The opportunityRather than relying on large-scale paid acquisition, Gatling’s growth strategy focuses on highly targeted ABM motions, powered by strong signals, quality content, and precise execution.You’ll be at the forefront of this approach, working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to improve:account research and targetingoutreach and nurturingdata enrichment and signal activationfunnel conversion and pipeline qualityThis is an opportunity to shape how Gatling approaches ABM, GTM motions, and signal-based growth, in a tech-forward, experimentation-driven environment.What you’ll work on ?You’ll own and execute Gatling’s ABM and growth strategy, from account research to activation.This includes:Defining and running data-driven ABM strategies targeting ICP-fit accountsConducting account research (firmographics, tech stack, intent and usage signals)Designing and documenting GTM motions across marketing and sales touchpointsTranslating early or weak signals into structured outreach and nurturing actionsYou’ll build and operate ultra-targeted outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, multi-touch sequences), leveraging Gatling’s strong content output (ebooks, customer stories, technical content) to drive engagement.Paid acquisition plays a supporting role:limited use of Google Ads and LinkedIn Adsmainly for retargeting and distribution supportcomplementing ABM efforts rather than driving volumeA key part of the role is expanding and structuring signal detection across Gatling’s ecosystem, including:product usagedocumentation and contentcommunity and developer activitythird-party intent toolsYou’ll document these signals and connect them to ABM plays and GTM actions, working closely with DevRel and Product Marketing to align messaging and use cases.Data, tooling & CRMYou’ll operate a modern GTM stack, including tools such as:Clay (enrichment and workflows)Outreach tools (e.g. Gong Engage, Heyreach)Zapier (automation)HubSpot (marketing automation)Reo.Dev (developer intent)You’ll ensure strong CRM hygiene and lifecycle logic, working hands-on with Salesforce (mandatory):field mappinglifecycle stagesreporting and attributionYour goal is to continuously improve data quality, enrichment, and consistency across the stack.We think you’ll be a great fit if…You have 4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or ABM in a B2B SaaS environment (Seed to Series C).You have strong experience with CRM management, with Salesforce as a must-have.You’re comfortable working hands-on with HubSpot (properties, workflows, lifecycle, scoring).You’ve worked with a modern GTM stack and understand how to connect tools into coherent workflows.You’re comfortable owning both strategy and execution.You’re fluent in English (French is a plus).Experience with technical products, developer audiences, or signal-based marketing is a strong plus.Practical detailsLocation: France only, based in Paris or Bordeaux (remote possible) Work model: Flexible, with monthly onsite team workshops in ParisContract type: 218-day packageCompensation: €50,000 fixed + €10,000 annual performance bonusBenefits:Luncheon vouchers50% reimbursement of transport cards€200 annual home-office setup allowance
