Sales Director Acoustics – Southern Europe Drive sales in France, Italy, and Spain as an experienced Sales Director within Acoustics and Architectural‑driven components. Lead presentation of specifications, negotiate with contractors, and build a strong specification pipeline. Your Role As Sales Director Acoustics, you will conduct specification sales into world‑leading architectural studios, applying technical knowledge and architectural language to close deals and anchor our global vision. Main Responsibilities Implement the sales strategy for Southern Europe for Acoustics. Build and cultivate Kvadrat’s specification portfolio of top architects in France; support the sales team with architects and interior designers to deliver Paris‑specified projects. Strengthen and expand relationships with contractors, PMs, QSs and Acousticians throughout the region. Serve as a technical advisor—educate and support key customers and prospects with data and information for optimal solutions. Drive implementation of Kvadrat Acoustics strategy within the French team. Track and record customer and prospect interactions; provide monthly reports on sales figures, invoicing, and portfolio numbers. Lead the French acoustic team and collaborate closely with A&E salespeople. Qualifications & Competencies Proficient in prospect tracking, inflow analysis, and closing strategies. Capability to engage architects on a technical level and ensure implementation of adapted acoustics solutions. Effective alignment with multiple stakeholders (architects, contractors, specialists). Based in Paris with strong knowledge of the A&D community. Proven cross‑functional collaboration to secure complex projects. Strong negotiation and communication skills at all levels. Leadership and people‑management competencies. Minimum 5‑10 years in the architectural industry or relevant sectors, with several years as a people leader. Strong knowledge of the French acoustics market is highly desirable. A natural networker, proactive, structured, and able to close the deal. Curiosity to learn about Kvadrat and its products.
