Din ansvarsområden: Ge teknisk support via telefon och utföra installation på plats. Genomföra förebyggande och korrigerande underhåll på kundplatser. Främja ABB:s serviceerbjudande samtidigt som vi säkerställer efterlevnad av QHSE-policyer. Hantera den administrativa uppföljningen av serviceärenden. Din profil: Examen i elektroteknik (Bac +2 eller motsvarande), med 2 års erfarenhet av kundservice eller fältverksamhet. Flytande engelska (skriftligt, muntligt, läst) och tillgänglighet för frekvent resande (70%). Självständig, detaljorienterad, lyhörd och med goda interpersonella färdigheter. Stark medvetenhet om hälso-, säkerhets- och miljöstandarder (HSE).
