Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.As Didomi continues to grow and strengthen its HR & ESG initiatives, we are looking for a HR Ops & Learning Specialist to join our HR team, currently composed of a HR & ESG Director and a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will focus on learning & development, office life coordination, and HR operational support to enable a best-in-class employee experience across our international teams. You will be reporting to our HR & ESG Director.Our headquarters are based in Paris, and regular travel to our Lille office (subsidiary) will be required to support local initiatives and ensure consistency across sites and our remote teams.You will have the below key responsibilities :Learning & Development (60%)Lead the implementation of the company-wide Learning & Development plan in line with Didomi’s strategy, compliance and ESG prioritiesDesign and deploy structured learning paths (onboarding, managerial development, soft skills, etc.)Build and maintain career development frameworks to support internal mobility and long-term growthPartner with managers to identify and address skill gaps, and recommend appropriate learning solutionsMeasure the impact of learning initiatives (participation, feedback collection, performance indicators)HR Operations Support (20%)Assist with onboarding and offboarding operations and processesHelp document and improve internal HR policies and communications (employee guides, templates)Contribute to internal HR communications and campaigns (newsletters, updates, processes)Office & Workplace Management (20%)Manage our office space as a welcoming and sustainable environmentAct as the main point of contact for office vendors and daily logisticsOrganize internal events and wellbeing initiatives (physically and on-line remotely)Coordinate workspace improvements and employee needsEnsure a smooth and engaging office experience (workplace setup, services, supplies)Requirements2 to 4 years of experience in generalist HR or L&D roles, ideally in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English and FrenchReliable, process-driven, with an eye for continuous improvementHighly organized, proactive, with strong interpersonal and communication skillsPassionate about employee experience, sustainability, and inclusionComfortable working with digital tools and HR systemsRecruitment processHR screen with our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (15min)ITW with our HR & ESG Director (45 min)Case study preparation and presentation with our HR & ESG Director (60 min)Final ITW with our CEO (30 min)OfferApplicants who contact employees directly regarding their application will not receive a response.
