Vous définirez une stratégie s’appuyant sur votre expertise locale et votre connaissance approfondie des marchés, fondée sur des analyses internes et externes, et élaborée en étroite collaboration avec les équipes centrales.Vous définissez la vision, les priorités et assurez une exécution sans faille dans votre régionVous surveillez, analysez et optimisez les performances du marchéVous représentez la marque et développez son influenceVous managez une équipe de 2 personnesVous justifiez d'à minima 5ans d'expérience dans le développement de la croissance et de la visibilité de marques grand public, idéalement dans des secteurs B2C.Une capacité avérée à optimiser les revenus et à maîtriser les coûts pour soutenir la croissance de l'entrepriseSolide connaissance de la région, de ses marchés et de sa dynamiqueMaîtrise du Français et de l'allemand (niveau C2 ou équivalent) pour représenter la marque avec impact, définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie locale, et garantir l'adéquation et la pertinence culturelles de toutes les initiatives et partenariats sur le marché.Expérience en matière de développement de partenariats stratégiques et de représentation de votre marque à l'extérieur (événements, agences, médias). #J-18808-Ljbffr
