Seven Executive is working with a global HVAC manufacturer searching for a Managing Director based in France to continue managing and leading the company successfully into the future. Our client is delivering very profitable results and continues to invest in all aspects of its business, from people development to product development. An excellent service organisation underpins their solutions and services.
Due to our client's ambitious growth plans, we seek a dynamic and sales-led Managing Director. This role is pivotal in driving their sales organisation in France and contributing significantly to their continued global success.
This role is not just about managing a single country. It's a stepping stone towards a multi-country management-level position, reflecting our client's strong commitment to your professional development. For the right person, this offers a clear and exciting trajectory.
We are ideally looking for a seasoned managing director with a strong knowledge of the commercial HVAC industry and a track record of profitably growing sales.
Responsibilities
- Ensure revenue growth is achieved responsibly and profitably.
- Review and drive the development of new market opportunities.
- Oversee product/service delivery to customers and proactively collaborate with relevant functions and teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop, communicate and manage France’s commercial strategy and business plans.
Requirements
- Commercial P&L management.
- HVAC background, ideally within commercial and industrial sectors.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Strong leader with a proven track record of leading and developing teams within a commercial environment.
