Account Executive (Public Sector) Join Alan as a Public Sector Account Executive. We are looking for a strategic thinker with sales experience and a passion for helping public institutions improve health outcomes. Overview Alan is a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery. We serve more than 1 million users across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada, and we partner with 35 000+ companies. Public Sector has become Alan’s biggest acquisition driver, securing large collective contracts such as the Ministry of Finance, the Executive Office, and the Assembly National. Responsibilities Develop and prospect the Public Sector portfolio across ministries, territorial communities, and other public institutions. Define strategic targets and prepare meetings ahead of RfPs (calls for tenders). Respond to RfPs, managing the written and project‑management aspects. Present to prospects, lead oral presentations, and oversee post‑win deployment with the Key Account Manager to ensure high satisfaction. Build and maintain a Salesforce CRM setup to track activity and ensure data hygiene. Contribute to the RfP Library, standardising and industrialising our response process. Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to shape strategy. Collaborate with Product and Ops teams to keep Alan’s offerings competitive for FPT and FPH needs. Share lessons learned with the Public Sector team to drive collective improvement. Qualifications / Must‑haves Proven ability to manage C‑level discussions and influence key decision‑makers. Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced English. Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity in a fast‑paced, intense environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and communities. Strong desire to understand the French public‑sector structure, procurement processes, and stakeholders. Exceptional interpersonal skills: building and maintaining trust with diverse stakeholders. Based in or willing to relocate to the Paris area. Nice‑to‑have Outstanding project‑management capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. Adaptability and resilience in navigating the complexities of public‑sector sales cycles. Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with long sales cycles; experience with RfPs.
