About the Role: Account Manager Our Account Management Vertical’s purpose is to keep our customers loyal and growing. We now have a key account manager team of 18 and are looking to extend the vertical, especially in the medium‑touch segment. Key Responsibilities Handle a portfolio of flagship accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders, adopting a customer‑centric approach to understand needs and help clients achieve their goals. Proactively identify potential dissatisfaction signals and implement solutions. Promote Alan’s health‑partner positioning to generate massive adoption by employees and admins. Analyze and present consumption reports through business reviews. Identify and execute innovative initiatives to engage existing customers. Lead cross‑selling and upselling initiatives. Renegotiate contracts to provide value while ensuring profitable outcomes. Act as the voice of customers in product discussions. Required Qualifications At least 3 years of customer‑facing experience, with interactions at C‑level and/or HR. Full working proficiency in French; at least advanced level in English. Experience managing mid‑market companies up to 200 employees with a portfolio of 50–100 accounts. Strong negotiation skills, tact and empathy. Expertise in building long‑term relationships based on trust and transparency with active listening skills. Problem‑solving mindset focused on delighting members. Growth mindset and ability to adapt to industry trends. Based in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille or Annecy. Previous experience in insurance or benefits is a plus.
