This is a highly strategic role, responsible for defining and executing the complete go-to-market strategy for the segment. Responsibilities Strategic planning & execution Segment strategy: identify growth bottlenecks and new market opportunities; set short-term (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and long-term (2-3 years) horizons Target setting: establish bottom-up targets Performance monitoring: deliver weekly segment performance updates including ARR, churn, and gross profit metrics Product marketing & channel enablement Market intelligence: provide deep insights on customer personas, market dynamics, pain points, and needs Maintain a continuous customer pulse via interviews and Sales reviews to inform hypotheses and prioritization Value proposition: craft differentiated positioning and competitive advantages to accelerate acquisition Empower channel owners across paid advertising, SEO, partnerships, and referral programs Evaluate and provide feedback on channel proposals Act as an accelerator for channel owners with rapid deep-dive support and segment-specific assets Product & Data Surface segment-specific feature requirements and analytics needs Improve performance dashboards with AI & Data team assistance Collaborate on cross-functional topics and ensure segment profitability Is it you we’re looking for? At least 5 years of experience in product marketing Experience in strategic business development and/or go-to-market is a plus Full French and English fluency (written and spoken) Strong analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards and using AI for data analysis Entrepreneurial & growth mindset; self-starter in a fast-moving environment Exposure to pricing/packaging and unit economics; profitability reasoning Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams Experience with small business and individual customer segments is a plus Remuneration & Perks Salary within the D-F level range; generous equity on permanent contracts Flexible office options and remote work support Tools: MacBook Pro, peripherals, and high-quality equipment Flexible vacation policy and working hours Healthcare insurance coverage for you and dependents (permanent contracts) Transport benefits and learning & training opportunities Personal coaching from day one to develop potential Parental leave for new parents (permanent contracts) Note: We hire people, not roles.
