Creating a sense of belonging doesn’t stop at our products - it’s the foundation of every team we hire.As the true partner of the Payroll & Personnel Administration Manager for Europe, you will work within a French and European scope (7 countries) and manage the payroll of employees (300 employees) across various entities of the Match Group operating in this region (Meetic, Match, Tinder, Hinge, etc.). Fully integrated into the European Human Resources team, the role is based in Paris, does not require travel, and allows up to 2 days of remote work per week.Role overviewPerforming semi-outsourced payroll process: collecting, entering and verifying all variable payroll elements (absences, overtime, bonuses, on-call duties, etc.)Managing HR administration for Europe and acting as a backup for French administrationManaging end-to-end administrative processes for employee lifecycle events, including personalized 1:1 onboarding for new joinersBuilding trust and maintaining regular communication with employees to ensure clarityWhen it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life.
