Welcome to your new role, as our next Distribution Sales Manager (DSM) Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for our solar inverter and BESS products Identify, recruit, and manage a network of distributors, resellers, and system integrators Provide technical and sales training to channel partners on our inverter product line Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials for the channel partners Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and channel partner activities Work closely with the product development team to provide market feedback and suggest product improvements And many more. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; MBA is a plus Fluency in French on at least C1 level or Native, English at least B2. Minimum 3 years of experience in solar inverter sales or related solar energy products Proven track record in developing and managing successful sales channels Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, particularly inverter and BESS technology Excellent understanding of the solar energy market, including regulations and incentives Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships Outstanding communication and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time) Driving license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
