Project Engineer
We are seeking a Project Engineer to support heavy highway and bridge projects, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams on DOT and municipal construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, and quantity management
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review plans and specifications for constructability and compliance
- Maintain accurate project documentation and support project closeout
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field ()
- 1–5 years experience on heavy civil, highway, or bridge projects
- Familiarity with DOT or municipal construction preferred
- Proficiency with Procore, HCSS, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
