En tant que Chief People Officer tu manageras l’équipe People composée de Julie (TAM). Tu seras un membre actif du Comex de Skillup et auras les missions suivantes en reporting direct avec Hugues (Founder) : Stratégie & Organisation : Co-construire et déployer la stratégie RH en lien avec la direction Accompagner la croissance : design & structuration des équipes évolutions de postes gouvernance Attirer les futurs talents pour soutenir la croissance de Skillup Piloter le plan de recrutement en collaboration avec la TAM Développer et faire rayonner la marque employeur Employee lifecycle : Communiquer & faire vivre notre culture nos valeurs et nos politiques RH de Skillup (congés télétravail transports) Accompagner les entrées / sorties la paie et les outils People (Payfit Alan Swile Qobra) Créer une relation de confiance avec l’ensemble des collaborateurs pour comprendre leurs besoins et les accompagner au quotidien Gestion de la performance et des talents Animer le calendrier RH annuel et les temps forts RH Animer et former les managers aux rituels managériaux et aux processus de fixation des objectifs dévaluation de performance de développement des compétences Concevoir et paramétrer les campagnes RH dans Skillup Piloter les grands rituels People : entretiens annuels et continus plans de formation people reviews revues salariales Suivre et communiquer la performance RH (KPIs dashboarding) Dialogue social Structurer et animer le CSE Garantir la conformité légale et sociale de l’entreprise Représentation externe et interne Représenter Skillup en tant que DRH auprès de notre communauté RH (DRH partenaires réseaux dont ANDRH) et contribuer à son animation Participer à des prises de parole (événements webinars) après media training. Accompagnement les temps forts de comm interne Contribuer aux réflexions produits : tendances RH usages tests retours clients.
