OverviewAcquisition Analyst - Real Estate - Paris - INTERSHIP of 6 months from July 2026The RoleWe are looking for an Acquisition Analyst to join our Pan-European Real Estate business. You will work in the investment team and play a key role in the acquisitions of real estate assets or portfolios for our funds. You will work on multi asset classes and coordinate with several European countries.ResponsibilitiesUndertake financial analysis and cash-flow projections of selected opportunities to facilitate investment decisionsPrepare Investment Memos for senior management and Investment CommitteesConduct market researches to support business plan assumptionsAssist Investment Managers in the due diligence processesFollow-up of the deal-flow and KPIs of the teamRequirementsMSc degree from a top Business or Engineering school6 to 12 months of relevant work experience, real estate experience would be a plusFluent in English and in FrenchTeam-player, attention to details and numerical accuracy, ability to work under short time constraintsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Package – especially ExcelKnowledge of cash-flow projections fundamentals would be a plus (computation of IRR, Equity Multiple, Cash on Cash…)We offer a fast growing team, composed of experienced real estate professionals, working on several asset classes.
