This is not just a sales role—it is a consultative position where you will act as a trusted advisor to vendors. As a leading marketplace in the wedding sector, we are the go‑to reference for businesses operating in this industry. This allows us to take a consultative sales approach, not only advising clients with personalized campaigns but also training them in marketing and sales strategies to help them grow their business. Responsibilities Manage, renew and expand the assigned client portfolio Training and consulting for clients: provide guidance and support to clients, helping them understand and leverage products/services to meet their business needs Management of cancellation requests from dissatisfied customers, with the aim of recovering them Recovery of former customers, digging into past campaign issues and finding solutions that better satisfy their needs, with the aim of re‑engaging them for the long term Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and B2B client management (new business development, client retention, and account management) Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills Excellent listening and communication abilities Highly results-oriented, determined, and team-driven A strong passion for sales and a proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement Ability to work in multicultural, structured, and dynamic environments Native-level French and fluent English proficiency Excellent ability to organize your agenda and good ability to use Excel Work Model This role is based in Toulouse, France and follows a remote-first model. Team members are expected to work remotely, with two in-person gatherings per month at a designated coworking space to support collaboration, connection, and team alignment.
