Situated in Nice, France, we are looking to expand our team with a visionary Chief Product Officer who shares our passion for revolutionizing connectivity. You will report directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, market trends, and customer needs. Lead the product management team in identifying new product opportunities, defining product requirements, and bringing innovative products to market. Manage a team of product directors, managers, and designers. Work closely with R&D, engineering, and sales teams to ensure product solutions are feasible, scalable, and meet customer expectations. Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative solutions to technical challenges. Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape. Ensure products are simple to buy, deploy, and manage, providing an outstanding customer experience. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data‑driven decisions to enhance product offerings continually. Manage our terminal partnerships to build an ecosystem of industrial 5G devices and robots that meet our customers’ needs. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in the media, serving as a thought leader in private 5G solutions. What We Are Looking For Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer or similar leadership role in the technology sector, with a strong background in IT, 4G/5G technologies, servers, and cloud infrastructure, and a strong understanding of business‑related challenges. Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that have significantly impacted the market. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive innovation. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to decision making. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a range of stakeholders and leading a team with benevolence, openness, and pragmatism. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Fluent in English; French is a plus. Ideally, several years of experience in a similar startup environment or ability to accelerate quickly. The company also considers potential candidates who have only part of the experience but are rigorous, reliable, open, enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to learn.
