Global Cyberdefense Strategy & Coordination Manager (F/M/X) Position overview: As the Global Cyberdefense Strategy & Coordination Manager at SEPHORA, you will lead the unification of cyber detection and response capabilities worldwide, protect the organization from cyber threats, and strengthen Security Operations through a unified, 24/7 global Cyber Detection and Response platform. Responsibilities Manage risk exposure through appropriate asset management. Enhance and measure the security posture of digital assets, including on‑premise and cloud infrastructure. Increase efficiency of the cyber organization and tooling. Unify cyber detection and response capabilities across regions, ensuring 24/7 availability. Define cross‑region crisis management processes. Act as the reference point within the LVMH Group Cyberdefense community. Strategize and coordinate cyber defense initiatives with cross‑regional teams to define a core model, roadmap, arbitration, and prioritization, taking into account budget and capacity. Establish, update, and govern cyber defense policies and procedures aligned with LVMH and Sephora risks and priorities. Lead cross‑regional teams in enforcing the cyber defense core model to ensure seamless integration of security solutions. Mobilize cross‑regional teams to proactively enhance security posture through continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and implementation of effective measures. Oversee the cross‑region Security Operations Center (SOC) and ensure continuous threat monitoring. Develop and maintain cross‑region incident response plans and protocols. Assist regional cyber defense teams in leading incident response, crisis management, and recovery efforts. Define strategy with Data and Infrastructure teams for cloud infrastructure securization. Orchestrate post‑mortem and lessons‑learned reviews of security incidents to define cross‑region action plans. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, including penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises, to test the effectiveness of cyber defense strategy. Implement a KPI‑driven approach to measure and optimize security effectiveness across all regions. Qualifications Graduate Engineer in Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in security incident detection, response, and crisis management. Confirmed experience defining Security Operations Center strategy, log collection, event management, and threat detection. Deep understanding of threat landscapes, attack vectors, and intrusion detection systems. Advanced knowledge of operating system security and network security. Experience running security penetration tests, red team, and purple team exercises. Solid experience in vulnerability management, attack techniques, and reverse engineering. Excellent collaboration skills with a proven track record forging partnerships and negotiating with stakeholders. Strong customer orientation and obsession with delivering the best customer experience. Strong drive for results with a proven track record in cyber defense-related topics. Autonomous, innovative, and enjoys working on cross‑functional issues. Ability to foster collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders across regions (Infrastructure, IT Operations, Digital). Demonstrated ability to define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cybersecurity programs. Fluency in English (90% of security documents are written in English).
