**Global Planner** (M/F/X) - Permanent Contract

This position will play a crucial role in the global S&OP process, ensuring that you are supporting Sephora’s commercial strategy and vision through the delivery of consolidated forecast data and purchase plans at SKU/channel/regional levels taking into account information from key stakeholders (Merchandising, Finance, Supply). You will be part of the Global Supply Chain team within the Global Operations Department. You will work in close collaboration with the Global Merchandising teams, Regional Supply teams and Sephora’s surge brands.

Consolidation of Planning Data**
- Consolidation of forecasts from Relex and Global/Regional Merchandising teams
- Build global purchase plans for a limited number of brands
- Share results to Sephora Senior Leadership Team and Global teams to help co-animate S&OP meetings with surge brands
- Continue to build and smooth data consolidation processes
- **Implementation of Partnership Levels**
- Implementation of different collaboration levels to help global Merchandising teams and other Global or Regional teams improve surge brands fill rates
- Co-lead S&OP meetings with brands with Merchandising teams : Advise brands how to build better plans with Sephora
- Incubate new surge brands by implementing strong collaboration to smooth launch across regions
- Be the spokesperson of surge brands to Regional Supply teams

Global Supply Performance Follow Up**
- Monitor and analyze supply performance metrics per categories, brands and Regions (OSA, SFR,) to drive action plans with brands and share results with Sephora Senior Leadership Team, Global and Regional teams
- Analysis per Regions of Supply performance discrepancies of surge brands, by categories, top skus, etc.
- Identify areas for improvement: build/continue to buil cockpit with key supply metrics to follow
- Share best practices related to Supply Chain, inventory management, forecasting with Regional teams by creating an expertise center
- **
Brand Portal Management**
- Project manager for supply needs: participation in workshops to help design, build, test and launch the brand portal
- Future BPO of Global Brand Portal for Supply metrics

- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain planning, logistics, ideally in retail or consumer goods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Appetence for the world of cosmetics
- Fluent in English
- The position is based in Neuilly sur Seine (Paris area).
