We have 450 employees in Paris, Lyon, Portugal & Germany.As our CHRO, you will report directly to the CEO and drive the global HR strategy, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting our international growth. You’ll manage a team of 9 HR professionals and influence the company’s most critical people decisions.The position is based in Lyon.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAs a CHRO, you will report directly to the CEO. The CHRO will define and implement the company’s global HR strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.Develop and execute the international HR strategy in line with the company and group’s vision and goals.Advise the executive team on all people-related matters: organization, development, culture, and engagement.Support structural changes linked to growth and digital transformation.2. Talent Development & Corporate CultureOversee recruitment, talent development, and performance management policies.Foster a strong and inclusive company culture aligned with our values of creativity, excellence, and collaboration.Implement leadership programs, internal mobility initiatives, and career development plans.3. Employee Relations & ComplianceManage employee relations across multiple sites in partnership with local stakeholders.Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations in all countries of operation.Lead compensation and benefits strategies that balance competitiveness and equity.4.
