Your contribution will shape decisions that matter.You’ll lead complex, multi-country projects in FMCG, partnering with client teams and internal experts. We believe in working together to deliver research that inspires action and drives growth—your expertise will make a difference every dayJob GoalsDesign and deliver brand tracking programs that provide actionable insights.Translate client business challenges into tailored research solutions.Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring quality and profitability.Build and maintain strong client relationships to support strategic growth.Mentor and develop team members to enhance capability and performance.Drive collaboration across cross-functional and multi-geography teams.Ensure timely delivery of research outputs that meet client expectations.Ideal Skills and CapabilitiesMinimum 5+ years of experience in market research, brand strategy, or consulting.Proven ability to manage multi-market research programs.Strong analytical and storytelling skills to present insights effectively.Expertise in quantitative research methodologies; experience with advanced analytics is a plus.Bilingual English; fluent French is an advantage.What we offerFlexible hybrid working model.Comprehensive health and wellness programs.Global learning and development opportunities.Inclusive culture that celebrates diversity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
