OverviewCustomer Success Manager - LATAM - Paris - F/H/X - CDI at Partoo. Role focused on managing a LATAM client portfolio, driving adoption, renewal, and growth while collaborating with Product and Success teams.ResponsibilitiesMaintain satisfaction and provide ongoing support for LATAM clientsLead digital transformation efforts for networks of 15 to 100 points of saleMaximize adoption and usage of Partoo solutionsConduct quarterly reviews and annual strategic check-insDemonstrate value through rigorous, personalized project managementGrow and retain the portfolioManage a portfolio of ~70 SME clients in Latin America (average ARR €12–€15k)Ensure contract renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (discovery, negotiation, closing)Develop action plans to improve Net Revenue Retention and reduce churnCollaborate with Product & R&D; relay customer feedback and bugsContribute to internal process improvements and transversal CSM projectsProfile / QualificationsCustomer-centric approach; actively seek client feedback and continuously improve their experience with the productMinimum 2–3 years in client portfolio management, ideally in a SaaS environmentExperience with renewal cycles and retention strategies; strong project management skills; able to manage multiple prioritiesDynamic, team-oriented, with excellent written and spoken communicationNative Spanish or bilingual French and EnglishRecruitment ProcessHR interview (remote, ~45 min)Case StudyDebrief interview with Team Lead CS (1h)Interview with Head of Customer Success Expansion (1h)Final interview with VP Success (about 45 minutes, ideally in office)CompensationSalary package is the total compensation (base plus variable).
