As the first product hire you will expand our offering beyond roaming, build new products from scratch, and scale a world‑class B2C mobile app, disrupting an established industry with proprietary technology. Roamless.com owns its network infrastructure, enabling a unique, proprietary tech approach to disrupt telecoms like Monzo/Revolut did banking. Huge market opportunity with eSIM penetration projected to grow from 30% to 90% in the next decade, offering massive impact potential. What you will do Design and implement a scalable product team structure, evolving into squads as the company grows. Lead the product strategy and roadmap, overseeing the launch of Roamless V2 and new offerings beyond roaming. Build, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of autonomy and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate 10+ years in product‑led companies, with 7+ in product management and 3+ in leadership roles managing B2C mobile apps with 1M+ global users. Proven experience scaling a startup product team from early stages to a mature, squad‑based structure, comfortable being hands‑on. Technically fluent, able to balance data‑driven decisions with strong product intuition, and a concise, structured communicator.
