Overview Are you motivated by a new challenge in the world of cybersecurity? If so, we have the right opportunity for you By joining Sekoia.io's Customer Success team, you'll be trained to use our tool and become a key element at the heart of our customer relations. You'll have your own portfolio of customers, supporting them from onboarding through to renewal, derive maximum added value from our product and represent their needs internally to the various teams. The position can be based in Paris, Rennes, or fully remote from Europe / the Middle East. Responsibilities Develop an in-depth understanding of Sekoia.io to ensure product adoption among users and customers. Onboard customers on Sekoia.io and support them as they become proficient (regular follow‑up meetings, responding to questions, organizing dedicated workshops). Ensure the renewal of accounts from end to end. Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of the value expected from the subscription, and ensure the completion of all success criteria. Communicate the user's needs internally to the product team and other teams involved in the customer's various topics. Participate in setting up KPIs related to Customer Satisfaction and renewals. Qualifications You have at least 4 years of significant experience in the IT world, ideally with a B2B SAAS software publisher, in Customer Success Management. You have experience interacting with clients and interlocutors that are highly technical or with high responsibilities: SOC/CERT Managers, SOC/CTI analysts, DSI, C‑levels, CISO, technical managers, etc. You have a good understanding of how an enterprise information system works; the various existing technological building blocks and how they complement each other. You have strong analytical skills, with experience in developing, analyzing and interpreting customer data. You have a problem‑solving mindset with experience in project management. You have outstanding communication and presentation skills in both English and French (written and oral). Knowledge in an additional language (Spanish, Italian, etc.) is a real plus. You have a strong interest in IT and/or cybersecurity. You are well organized, pay attention to detail and you are methodological. You know how to interact with teams at different levels of technical and non‑technical backgrounds. You know how to stay calm and be solution‑oriented even in difficult settings with clients. Interview Process HR interview with Clémentine, Talent Acquisition (30 minutes) Skills fit with Mounia, Head of Customer Success (60 minutes) Team fit with 2 members of the Customer Success team (45 minutes) Interview with Cyril, Chief Revenue Officer (30 minutes) Our process usually takes about 3 weeks depending on availability, it may include reference calls.
