Sales Product Specialist - Molecular Diagnostic SUD OUEST (d/m/f)Join Roche as a Sales Product Specialist - Molecular Diagnostic SUD OUEST (d/m/f) and contribute to advancing healthcare solutions.Position Overview:This role involves promoting and selling Roche's Molecular Diagnostics reagents and instruments, including Sequencing Solutions, under the supervision of the Sales Director. The goal is to achieve commercial targets within the assigned sector.Main Responsibilities:Actively prospect and approach new clients, conduct site visits, and maintain optimal follow-up with prospects for mutual development.Develop action plans based on internal methods and ensure their execution using CRM tools.Negotiate and finalize commercial contracts with targeted clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.Ensure contract fulfillment and maintain high customer satisfaction.Gather and regularly update client information in the CRM.Coordinate effectively with Product Specialists during deployment phases.Project Management:Lead or participate in complex projects, ensuring preparation, execution, and success within provided frameworks.Oversee activities across multi-account or multi-product projects.Standards and Compliance:Adhere to QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) rules and procedures.Communicate and enforce policies related to Quality, Security, Hygiene, and Environment, raising alerts when necessary.Apply directives and instructions within the scope of work.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Engage with colleagues from other departments and contribute to a collaborative company culture.Candidate Profile:Degree in a scientific field at least Bac+5 (Engineer, Master, PhD, PharmD) in Molecular Biology.Strong scientific knowledge of NGS techniques and familiarity with the diagnostic market in this area.Analytical and synthesis skills, comfortable with data handling.Resilient, good stress management, and excellent listening skills.Ability to translate client needs into actionable insights and align stakeholders around a common vision.Leadership qualities to inspire, engage, and influence without hierarchical authority.Proficiency in English.About Roche:Driven to innovate for a healthier future, Roche employs over 100,000 people globally, dedicated to advancing science and healthcare access.
