En tant que
Sales Product Specialist (d/f/m) – Diabetes Care
, vous êtes l'ambassadeur de nos solutions auprès des pharmaciens et des professionnels de santé de votre secteur. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la promotion de notre gamme de produits, tant sur les canaux de distribution que de prescription, et contribuez activement à la croissance de notre activité.
Responsabilités
- Développement commercial (Distribution)
- Développer les ventes sur votre secteur en assurant une relation de qualité avec les officines, dans le respect de la politique et des accords commerciaux de RDF ;
- Construire des plans d'action personnalisés par client pour garantir leur fidélisation ;
- Proposer et négocier des offres commerciales ou des partenariats adaptés
- Suivre, piloter et animer les clients membres de groupements nationaux ou régionaux ;
- Contribuer à la performance des gammes de produits et services de la marque ;
- Former les équipes officinales aux produits, services et outils par le biais de démonstrations.
- Promotion médicale (Prescription)
- Développer les prescriptions et les ventes auprès des hôpitaux, spécialistes libéraux et médecins généralistes ;
- Élaborer des plans d'action pour renforcer la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et des parts de marché tout en assurant la fidélisation des professionnels de santé ;
- Entretenir et développer des relations de confiance avec les leaders d'opinion (KOL) du secteur ;
- Former les professionnels hospitaliers et libéraux aux produits, services et dispositifs proposés par RDF
- Reporting et veille
- Mettre à jour régulièrement les données commerciales dans les outils de reporting en vigueur ;
- Participer à des événements clients et représenter l'entreprise en externe ;
- Assurer une veille active sur l'environnement concurrentiel et le marché du diabète.
Profil recherché
- Formation & expérience
- Formation supérieure commerciale (must have), scientifique ou médico-technique ;
- Expérience réussie dans la vente terrain, idéalement dans le secteur du dispositif médical ou FMCG
- Compétences techniques
- Compétence commerciale obligatoire et idéalement scientifique/médicale ;
- Bonne connaissance des enjeux pharmaceutiques et médicaux ;
- Aisance dans l'exploitation de la data et des outils digitaux ;
- Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel (oral et écrit).

- Excellente capacité de conviction et orientation résultats ;
- Forte aisance relationnelle et sens de l'écoute ;
- Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse ;
- Rigueur, adaptabilité et résistance à la pression ;

- Capacité à collaborer en mode projet, au-delà des lignes hiérarchiques.
