Institut Fresnel is offering a First Stage Researcher (R1) PhD position in optics focusing on the control and understanding of optical interference filters. The researcher will be embedded in the optics group, working on design and characterization of complex multi-layer coatings.
The role involves frequent time at Institut Fresnel with occasional visits to partner sites, and requires a Master in Science with strong optics and programming skills, preferably with experience in optical thin films.
