About the context We’re running and continuously improving a scalable growth engine across France and Europe. To support this effort, we’re hiring a Junior Lead Gen Manager to own a key part of our lead generation engine: producing outbound leads at scale and managing the automation and routing of inbound leads. This is a highly operational role at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Sales. You’ll ensure inbound requests are processed quickly and accurately, and that outbound prospecting starts with high-quality, enriched, and well‑routed accounts. Your ultimate goal: feed the Sales teams with around 2,000 leads per year that they can convert into deals. About the mission You’ll join the Revenue Marketing team and work closely with RevOps and Sales. Your day‑to‑day work is a mix of lead sourcing, enrichment provider management, automation ownership, and continuous improvement. Inbound leads: maintain and run our stack You make sure inbound demand is handled quickly and correctly so Sales can focus on the right opportunities. You monitor incoming demo requests across Europe and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You run the pre‑qualification flow with our pre‑qualification partner (follow‑up, quality checks, completeness). You ensure our dispatcher works properly and routes leads to the right Sales team after pre‑qualification. Outbound: build weekly lead production for Alma Sales You build and operate a reliable outbound “supply chain,” from sourcing to CRM‑ready accounts, delivering quality leads to Sales every week. You source new target companies (based on ICP guidelines, verticals, and geographies). You maintain and improve our company and contact enrichment processes. You assign accounts in Salesforce in line with ownership rules. You deliver a weekly batch of high‑quality outbound leads to the relevant Sales teams, ready to be prospected. You collect and integrate Sales feedback to continuously improve sourcing and enrichment. Campaigns & lifecycle: support scaling through sequences Beyond pure operations, you contribute to improving how we message and nurture leads. You help shape cold email campaigns, bringing your knowledge of verticals and HubSpot usage. You contribute to email nurturing for identified website visitors through workflows, triggers, and segmentation in HubSpot. You support the activation and adoption of the Alma solution for inbound leads via HubSpot workflows, triggers, and segmentation. About you You might be a good fit if you: (Mandatory) Have at least 3 full years of experience in Demand Gen, RevOps, or Sales Ops in a B2B environment. (Mandatory) Have a strong command of CRMs and workflows, ideally HubSpot (strong plus) and Salesforce (plus). (Mandatory) Have hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Zapier or n8n. (Mandatory) Are fluent in French (C2 level or equivalent). Are familiar with enrichment and sourcing tools, have solid spreadsheet skills (filters, pivots), and are curious about automation to speed up repetitive tasks. Enjoy operational work and like turning messy inputs into clean, usable data and repeatable processes. Have strong written communication skills (for sequences, coordination, and quality checks with partners). About the position This is a permanent role based in Paris, with two days of remote work per week. You’ll be part of the Revenue Marketing team and report to the Head of Revenue Marketing. Your main internal partners will be Sales Leads, Sales teams, the RevOps lead and contributors, and Marketing contributors. You’ll work closely with a Senior Lead Gen Manager, who owns the Lead Gen roadmap and improvement projects.
