Aujourd’hui, nous accompagnons une belle startup SaaS spécialisée dans l’orchestration de campagnes CRM sur WhatsApp, un canal qui explose. Dans un contexte d’hyper-croissance et d’arrivée de grandes marques, l’équipe CS se renforce et recherche un Senior Customer Success Manager / CRM Manager capable d’accompagner un portefeuille de comptes clés du retail/e-commerce. Présentation de l'offre : Le rôle demande un vrai équilibre : pilotage stratégique, conseil CRM, exécution opérationnelle, et relation de confiance avec des équipes marketing seniors. On attend quelqu’un qui a déjà fait au sein d'une agence ou avec un SaaS/éditeur du secteur, pas quelqu’un qui “a envie d’apprendre”. Vous accompagnez un portefeuille de PME, ETI et Grands Comptes dans l’exploitation avancée de WhatsApp comme canal CRM. Vos responsabilités : Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients (PME/ETI/Comptes clés). Définir les stratégies CRM multicanales et accompagner leur mise en œuvre. Élaborer des plans de compte et partager les insights clés. Piloter la satisfaction, la rétention et l’expansion (upsell/cross-sell). Suivre les KPIs clés : utilisation plateforme, engagement, ROI, perf campagnes. Travailler en proximité avec les équipes Produit, Tech et Data. Profil recherché : Pré-requis 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en Customer Success / Account Management dans une agence, un SaaS CRM ou éditeur d’outils d’engagement. Gestion d’un portefeuille de 10 à 30 clients PME/ETI, idéalement retail / e-commerce. Maitrise des canaux CRM : email, SMS (campagnes, scénarios, segmentation, reporting). Analyse de donnée, reporting, insights Rigueur opérationnelle, organisation et autonomie Posture de conseil forte mais pragmatique Communication claire, orientée impact Aisance relationnelle, fiabilité, sens du service Télétravail partiel Transports pris en charge Rémunération : 60 000 - 70 000 € HT / an #J-18808-Ljbffr
