We are now searching for a relationship driven and dedicated **Key Account Manager**, responsible for our Sports and Fashion distribution in France and the western part of Switzerland.

We believe the right person for the job is driven by making a difference and taking sales, results and customer relations to the next level. The position reports directly to our Head of BTB Central Europe.

As a Key Account Manager at Peak Performance you will be responsible for implementing and managing the company sales and distribution objectives for the active categories through best in class joint business plans with our Key accounts, Specialists and Franchise Partners to contribute to the long-term sustainable growth and overall success of the brand. Using the company’s resources, you will meet the individual needs of the Key Account base to support and service the regional business. You will collaborate with other stakeholder within the company and the sales team in Central Europe.

The position is based at our office in Annecy but you will be expected to travel a minimum of 50% of your time.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Total account management of a defined group of Key Accounts, Specialists & Franchise Partners
- Strategically develop business and create new opportunities with these accounts
- Create Plans for these Accounts and follow up on them with all stakeholders in and outside the company.
- Build successful long-term relationships with Key Accounts and implement the local marketing actions
- Secure best in class marketing execution together with Account Marketing Manager
- Ensure reaching sales objectives according to the budget plan
- Determined calendar planning on an annual basis that accommodates the company and dealer needs taking into consideration dealer and consumer events and all deadlines
- Prepare comprehensive fact based assortments proposals, which enables mutual profitable growth
- Ensure timely delivery of products, through strong planning according to deadlines and through close partnership with the back-office team
- Provide feedback from the marketplace to the head office in a professional and constructive way in order to accomplish product development goals

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Min 3 years’ experience in Key Account Management in sporting goods and fashion industry, preferable Omni Channel experience
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree with approximately 6 years’ relevant experience in sales
- Good understanding of strategic processes and how to manage a holistic regional marketplace
- Numbers driven and strong analytical skills
- Sympathetic and pro-active team player and connector with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with a variety of people to create long-lasting relations
- A cool personality with a determined and performance-oriented mind-set
- Highly organized, flexible, self-motivated individual with strong presentation skills and a strong digital background
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written with fluency in French, English and preferably Italian
- A work hard, play hard mentality, with a great sense of initiative, humor and loyalty
- A driven and energetic, authentic personality with passion and preferably a background in sports
