Join the expanding Crisis and Security Consulting team in Paris as a Business Development & Sales professional. You will build strong partnerships with the CSC Europe management team to drive sustainable growth across all CSC practice areas in Europe, combining project management, business development and direct client delivery. Responsibilities Deliver, manage and coordinate all resilience‑related consulting tasks, building long‑term client relationships. Serve multiple consultancy assignments concurrently, collaborating with service line leads to utilise regional resources. Support the development of innovative consulting products and services that address client needs and keep Control Risks at the forefront of the sector. Actively participate in achieving financial targets set in France and across all CSC practice areas, with a specific focus on Spain. Manage and drive the commercial and quality aspects of client projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget. Plan projects and resources to maximise utilisation, working closely with EMEA colleagues. Coordinate and mentor junior team members on projects. Prepare and hold responsibility for client proposals. Engage in dynamic account management with the global Markets & Partner Team. Requirements Successful management of risk and resilience consultancy projects in global organisations, including high‑risk environments. Relevant experience in crisis management, corporate security and/or commercial risk management. Experience in a large consulting or multinational company is important. Strong synthesis and visual presentation skills; proficient in MS Office and authorised AI tools. Deep understanding of security, risk management, business resilience and consultancy practice dynamics. Proven teamwork in reaching strategic and operational goals. Commercial acumen in planning and pricing projects in terms of time, resources and outcomes. Success in building effective, strong client relationships. Skillset Master’s degree or advanced diploma in risk management or a related security field. Full professional proficiency in English and French; Spanish is an advantage. Project management skills in a commercial/consulting environment. Strong commercial focus (financial, legal and contractual) and leadership. Excellent client management and consulting skills, both internal and external. People‑leadership ability to inspire and drive performance of a security professional team. Strong interpersonal skills—building trust and rapport. Excellent communication skills—written, oral and presentation to board level.
