OverviewGlobal Business Development Manager - GSP Travel, Ticketing & Lodging. Reporting to the Head of BD, Travel, Ticketing & Lodging, you will attract and develop profitable new business focused on Travel, Ticketing, and Lodging. You will work autonomously and collaboratively with new and existing stakeholders and cross-departmental teams to reach targets and manage the full sales process.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a sales strategy and prospect listIdentify, attract, negotiate and close new opportunities with new and existing partners and tender requestsAnalyze research to identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential areas for expansionBuild a comprehensive network within the industryUnderstand key customer needs and requirements and input client strategy to support development of new business solutionsCoordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders across the organization to ensure new business targets are achievedWhat You BringMinimum 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record; experience developing new and existing business within the Insurance and Assistance environment is a plusStrong network within the Travel industryExcellent project management skills in complex multi-stakeholder settingsExcellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to influence and present at senior levelsCommitment to high quality standards and willingness to challenge status quoFluent in English (written and spoken)What We OfferWe provide a global environment with opportunities for personal and professional development, including courses and targeted development programs.
