Mon tempérament est celui d’une passionnée.Lorsqu'un sujet attire mon attention, j’ai besoin d’être curieuse, d’apprendre, d’appliquer et de le maitriser afin d’en tirer une connaissance.Une méthode utilisée et validée dans ma pratique du volley-ball : prise d’information (benchmark), intégration d’un effectif (adaptation), construction d’une mentalité compétitrice et collective (stratégie), développement de la communication du club durant près de 7 ans (roadmap et plan d’action) et enfin entraineur (transmission). Une méthode qui s'applique à l'univers du produit.Depuis quatre ans, j’évolue dans l’univers du Product Management, enrichie par une formation certifiante, une expérience en tant que consultante au sein de cabinets spécialisés, ainsi qu’un rôle en interne au sein d'un acteur B2B reconnu pour son expertise dans la mise à disposition de données pour les entreprises.Ces expériences m’ont permis de développer de solides compétences en gestion de projet (méthodologies Agile et cycle en V), en compréhension des besoins utilisateurs (communication, analyse de données) ainsi qu’en assurance qualité (tests de non-régression, mise en place de processus QA).Mon objectif ?Contribuer activement au développement d’un produit (digital ou physique) aligné avec mes valeurs.
