As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Exchange Connectivity Engineer to join their Paris HQ. This role sits at the heart of their trading infrastructure, focusing on ultra‑reliable, low‑latency integrations with major crypto exchanges. Key Responsibilities Design and implement exchange connectivity modules (REST, WebSocket, FIX, proprietary APIs). Optimize order entry, market data ingestion, and account management for performance and reliability. Contribute to a fault‑tolerant, scalable connectivity framework using Rust and Typescript. Collaborate with trading, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver high‑quality integrations. Monitor, debug, and continuously improve production systems. Mentor junior engineers and help shape engineering best practices. Participate in on‑call rotations and occasional travel as needed. Ideal Candidate Profile 3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience integrating with crypto exchanges. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (HTTP, WebSocket, TCP, TLS). Proficiency in Rust or a strong C++ background with exposure to Rust. Working knowledge of Typescript. Nice to Have Experience with Web3 / DeFi protocols. Leadership or mentoring experience. Familiarity with traditional finance connectivity protocols (ITCH / OUCH / UDP Multicast).
