France, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Picture Organic Clothing Temps plein

Picture exists for riding with friends.

Since 2008, we have been designing clothing for skiing, snowboarding, surfing and adventure, designed to accompany every session, whatever the conditions.

Each of our products is developed with the same objective: to offer the best level of performance while polluting as little as possible.

YOUR ROLE

At Picture, athletes are not just there to wear our products. They are part of our story, our culture, and how we bring the mountains, the ocean, and the outdoors to life.

We are looking for someone to support our international team of athletes, build lasting relationships with them, support them in their projects and bring forth stories that tell the story of what Picture stands for.

A role at the crossroads of sponsorship, athlete management, content and audiovisual projects, within our Marketing team based in Annecy.

ATHLETE MANAGEMENT & SPONSORING (80%)

You will be the primary point of contact for our team of professional athletes and our local ambassadors.

Your goal: to build a strong relationship between Picture and its riders and to transform our partnerships into meaningful collaborations, for both the athletes and the brand.

On a daily basis, you will be required to:

  • Supporting athletes throughout their collaboration with Picture
  • Manage contracts, grants and commitments related to partnerships with the brand
  • Participate in defining and deploying our Riders strategy
  • Imagine and coordinate activations with athletes: events, content, launches and special projects
  • Identify the stories, projects, and opportunities that can fuel Picture’s communication.
  • Coordinate content creation with the riders and the Brand Activation team
  • To circulate their news and content to our teams and our international markets
  • To create a link between athletes and our Product teams in order to gather their feedback from the field
  • Tracking the performance and impact of our partnerships
  • Manage the annual sponsorship budget and contribute to the development of the budget and priorities for the following season.
  • Prospecting and identifying new talent
  • Manage sponsorship requests and identify profiles likely to join the Picture ecosystem

FILMS & AUDIOVISUAL PROJECTS (20%)

Ski and snowboard films, adventure projects, independent productions…

You will support the audiovisual projects led by our riders, from their selection to their distribution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and study the projects that Picture could support
  • Participate in the selection of films and productions supported each season
  • Supporting riders and productions during project development
  • Track budgets, schedules and deliverables
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of productions with the Picture universe
  • Working with the Brand Activation team to plan their launch and amplification
  • Organize the distribution of content to our teams and markets
  • Supporting the distribution of films to platforms, media outlets, festivals and other partners
  • Manage the annual audiovisual budget and prepare investments for the following season

YOUR PROFILE

You really know outdoor culture and its communities. Freeride skiing/snowboarding, freestyle, and surfing are not just worlds you observe: you practice them and you fully understand their codes.

Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in sponsorship, athlete management, sports marketing, content or a similar role.

You are comfortable building relationships with very different profiles: athletes, productions, partners, internal teams and international markets.

You know how to manage several projects in parallel, handle budgets and get things done with a lot of autonomy.

You speak and write fluent English.

Finally, because our way of practicing the outdoors is inseparable from the places where we do it, you share our desire to evolve this industry to reduce its environmental impact.

WHY PICTURE?
