As our Senior Lead Gen Manager, you will reinvent Skello’s inbound growth model: leveraging AI and LLM, automation, and data to turn every inbound interaction into measurable business growth. What you will do Design and execute Skello’s inbound strategy across all markets (France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland). Build a scalable acquisition system combining SEO, content, automation, and conversion optimization. Leverage AI and LLMs (yes, deeply, not just for prompts) to multiply content output, speed, and personalization. Use tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Looker to operate at a new level of productivity. Lead a data‑driven content strategy: reports, landing pages, videos, calculators, and experiments. Define and own your KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, MRR, CPL, and make them grow, fast. Collaborate closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design to ensure alignment from awareness to revenue. Build and mentor a small, high‑performing inbound team as we scale. What we are looking for 4–7 years of experience in inbound marketing or growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS or scale‑up environment. Proven expertise in SEO, lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation (HubSpot mastery expected). Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of conversion funnels and attribution. A creative yet ROI‑driven marketer who knows how to balance storytelling and performance. You use AI deeply in your work, not as a toy, but as a productivity lever. You know and use tools to structure, scale, and optimize workflows. You thrive in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments where ownership and initiative are key. Fluent in French and in English (Italian or Spanish is a plus). If you haven’t integrated AI and automation into your marketing practice, or if you don’t know what N8N is, this role is not for you.
