We handle diverse, multi-modal datasets—from wet-lab assays to clinical samples—requiring high-performance pipelines and secure cloud environments.As Bioinformatics Data Engineer, you will design and maintain bioinformatics pipelines, integrate them in AWS infrastructure, and ensure data processing from raw sequences to clinically meaningful output.
