We are recognized for deep commercial capabilities across B2B and B2C, globally.What You'll DoYou will be a core member of a case team with diverse professionals to advise clients on strategic decisions from portfolio strategy to growth opportunities and acquisition assessment. The team will rely on your expertise to gain a deep understanding of consumers and deliver impact. ResponsibilitiesDirect Client Engagement and Support — use a range of methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, social listening) and lead the insight module to deliver actionable insights for business decisions.Together with the project team, lead client discussions to scope, design and analyze the research.Proposal Development Support — drive client proposal development by assisting in creating materials and participating in the selling process. As an Expert, lead research plans and outline BCG’s capabilities in the Center for Customer Insight domain.Intellectual Capital Development — contribute to broadening and deepening the firm's knowledge base: improving proprietary frameworks, methodologies & tools and developing knowledge of generalist consultants. Develop state-of-the-art tools with BCG’s Consumer Knowledge Team; support growth of CCI through case execution, client development, and IP/product creation.Vendor Management — advise on selecting and managing external research vendors and help the CCI Operations team validate/improve external relationships.Our Expert Consulting TrackThe Expert Consulting Track (ECT) is vital to BCG’s ability to meet clients’ demand for deep expertise and advanced technical capabilities. Experts deliver impact for complex client challenges, focusing on thought leadership, commercial capabilities, and intellectual property assets. Experts work as part of multidisciplinary teams to bring the “best of BCG” to clients, often coming from industry, academia, or specialized consulting.What You'll BringMinimum 5 years of industry and/or consulting experience with a focus on consumer research, product management, or quantitative analytics and insight generation (ideally in marketing or consumer market research organizations).Experience in developing and executing research plans combining qualitative and quantitative methods.Experience using quantitative and analytical skills to generate insights that inform business strategy. Familiar with AI/GenAI tools applied to consumer analytics and insights generation.Familiarity with survey data analysis, quantitative modeling, and interpreting data to create commercial recommendations.Be pragmatic, solution-oriented, and possess strong business acumen to tackle challenges and deliver results.Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable consumer research solutions to drive strategic decisions.Interpersonal skills to partner with executive management as they implement a new vision and enable leadership to drive change within organizations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with strong presence and leadership abilities.Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
